CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• This position is the "Chief Growth Officer" of the company and is a member of the Global Leadership Team of the Linet Group
• Development and implementation of marketing and product management plans
• Definition of new products and driving innovation initiatives
• Strengthening the brand position and increasing market share and transferring global marketing campaigns to regional and local levels
• Designing innovation projects and collaborating with R&D and sales
• Development and implementation of annual marketing and product management plans, including analysis of markets, customer needs, and competitors
• Responsibility for the entire product portfolio and implementation of the product and solution roadmap
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of the product management and marketing teams

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in management/marketing or a relevant education and training
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in product management and marketing in the healthcare industry or with a medical device manufacturer
• Experience in a leadership role is desirable
• International experience and consulting backgroud preferred
• Project management skills with a "can-do" attitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Agile, flexible, analytical, and strategic thinking
• Good German language skills, very good English language skills
