TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

 

Would you like to become a part of a product management team taking care of highly innovative and complex products - hospital beds, mattresses and medical devices? Do you feel like improving existing products? Then keep reading.

The Technical Product Manager is the technical owner of a part of our product portfolio (organized by segments) and manages the product life cycle. He/She owns the product development projects and drives the change management

 

What are going to be your duties?

  • Management of the product portfolio including the product life cycle management (PLCM)
  • Preparation of documents and data for price list
  • Value analysis and supervision of pricing/cost
  • Contribution of a prioritized product development pipeline based on market requirements and technology development
  • Defines product specification for development projects together with R&D
  • Supports product launch through product training and presentation
  • Support product field testing
  • Cooperate on solving customer products requirements
  • Co-operation on creation and user manuals up-dates with R&D
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring of competitor activities, benchmarking and positioning together with his supervisor (Segment Leader)
  • Maintenance of product specification in ERP (SAP) system
  • Running post product launch analysis

 

 

What we think the right candidate should know, have....

  • University degree in technical/biomedical or similar field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience from medical devices market is an advantage
  • Fluent Czech and English
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good presentation and communication skills and team work ability
  • Flexible approach to the requested tasks
  • High degree of self-motivation, drive and responsibility
