SEGMENT LEADER: ICU & Stretchers

The Segment Leader is responsible for the product & marketing strategic development of the global business segment.
In this role, you will take ownership of the LINET Group’s segment strategy, defining the product portfolio and roadmap to meet market needs and strengthen our competitive position. You will manage the full product lifecycle, as well as drive commercial & marketing initiatives enabling segment growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical Marketing, R&D, and Quality to drive strategic projects and lead a high-performing team focused on innovation, customer value, and business excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the LINET Group’s segment strategy reflecting market needs, competition analysis, and LINET’s capabilities and right to win and ensure its successful implementation.
- Own the product lifecycle for all segment categories, defining target product portfolio, product roadmap, and life-cycle projects to continuosly improve the product portfolio
- Identify product-related initiatives improving salesforce efficiency and work on their implementation in close collaboration with sales channels
- Own marketing materials promoting LINET’s products and their clinical benefits
- Lead and enhance the skills of team members with both business and technical backgrounds (e.g., technical product managers, brand managers, clinical specialists).
- Focus on commercial acumen, analytical proficiency, customer excellence, and problem-solving capabilities
- Coordinate project delivery with multiple PM&M functions and team members from other departments, including Marketing, Training, Commercial, Project Management, R&D, and Quality.
Who we look for
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role requiring strategic planning & analytical thinking, team management, and project delivery.
- Strong communication skills in Czech and English, with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and thrive in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Passion for exploring new opportunities and driving growth.
- Willingness to travel internationally to promote the LINET at business events, or collecting direct feedback from sales channels and key customers.
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented individual with a track record of successful strategic planning, execution, and delivering business impact.
- Understanding of the principles and specifics of medical device industry, as well as clinical or biomedical background is an advantage
