SALES PROJECT SPECIALIST – part time

How can you contribute

• You will manage commercial projects, design and implement the most effective project methodology
• You will organize and lead project and team meetings (remote/hybrid/on-site), set agendas, take minutes, and maintain and track task lists from project meetings
• You will lead the project roadmap, create a project step plan, and ensure the plan is regularly updated and relevant for tactical and strategic discussions
• You will maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk management plans
• You will also assist project managers with administrative tasks and collaborate with project owners across functions and departments, utilizing an agile way of working and keeping the projects updated.
• Your will report to Sales Excellence Director

Requirements

• University degree in business or management
• Experience with project work
• Advanced IT skills (MS Office suite, CRM systems)
• English and Czech – very good
• Reliability and ability to cooperate
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and sense of urgency
• Problem-solving ability
