JUNIOR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER – part time

LINET, a global leader in the design and manufacture of innovative medical furniture and technology, is seeking a Junior Technical Product Manager to join our headquarters team in Slaný.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Senior Technical Product Managers to support the management of LINET’s product portfolio. You will become part of a small, dynamic team of technical product managers and segment leaders, where collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence are central to everything we do.

What are going to be your duties?

• Act as an active product owner for a non-strategic product portfolio
• Identify and implement product cost-optimization opportunities
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks for Senior Product Managers
• Cooperate with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance with medical standards
• Collaborate with Quality and Service departments to maintain low failure rates and high customer satisfaction
• Conduct product performance evaluations and field research in hospitals and medical facilities

What we think the right candidate should know, have....

• University student (technical/biomedical or similar field), recent graduate, or a part-time worker
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Technical background is an advantage
• Understanding medical equipment design and functionality is an advantage
• Clinical or biomedical background is an advantage
• Creative and analytical mindset
• High adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills in both Czech and English (spoken and written)
• To be able to work at least 18 hours a week (to be discussed more at the job interview)
