JUNIOR DATA & INTEGRATION ANALYST

We are seeking a Junior Data & Integration Analyst who is ready to start or grow their career in IT and data. In this role, you will help to manage, connect, and improve data flows between a wide range of business systems—including CRM, ERP, and document management platforms. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, learn on the job, and develop your technical and analytical skills while contributing to real projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating data from various business systems (CRM, ERP, document management, etc.)
• Support the setup and maintenance of basic data integrations and connections between business systems
• Help monitor data quality and troubleshoot simple data issues across different platforms
• Contribute to documentation of integration processes and data flows
• Learn and use basic tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, SQL, Power BI)
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve routine data or system problems
• Participate in testing and validation of new integrations or data migrations
• Take part in training and team meetings to build your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Some exposure to data, IT, or business systems through coursework, internships, or personal projects
• Basic understanding of databases and data concepts (e.g., tables, queries)
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and interest in learning SQL or simple programming
• Basic understanding of APIs, REST APIs, and JSON formats
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly
• English and Czech language skills

Nice to Have

• Programming basics (e.g., Python, .NET, Java, or similar) and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) are advantageous 

• Experience with data management systems or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Exposure to business systems (CRM, ERP) or integration concepts (APIs, ETL)
• Interest in Agile project delivery and willingness to learn new technologies
