HR DATA & PROCESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Are you analytical and do you like to work with variety of processes and to optimize them? Do you have experience with implementing HR information systems? Then keep reading.
How you will contribute
- Manage and maintain HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the global rollout of various HR systems or modules of Success Factors
- Provide level 2 and 3 user-level support for Success Factors
- Support reorganizations and M&As from Data integration and Data maintenance perspectives
- Collaborate with countries‘ HR Teams and cross-functional teams to implement data and process improvements
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in data management and maintenance
- Experience with global rollouts of HR processes and their optimization
- Proven track record in process optimization (Knowledge of SuccessFactors at least at the user level (EC, PM, Comp, TM, SM)
- Very good Czech and English
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
