Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud solutions) to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication skills, and experience with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (functional & non-functional)
- Translate business needs into clear IT specifications (user stories, BRD, FRD)
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment

Business Process Analysis
- Analyze and map current (“AS-IS”) and future (“TO-BE”) processes
- Identify improvement opportunities and automation potential
- Support process standardization across departments

System & Integration Support
- Support implementation and enhancement of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, M365)
- Analyze data flows and system integrations (APIs, OData, middleware)
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly

Testing & Validation
- Prepare test scenarios and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Validate delivered solutions against requirements
- Assist with issue resolution and root cause analysis

Documentation & Governance
- Maintain functional documentation and process diagrams
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and governance models
- Support audits and data quality initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ERP/CRM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, UML, flowcharts)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware platforms)
- Knowledge of data management and data quality principles
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- SAP or Salesforce certification is an advantage
