COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS
In this position you'll articulate, implement and promote Commercial strategy of our Solutions in Smart Care and After-Sales Services. This role is pivotal in enabling the department to deliver value-added solutions, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and develop Commercial Excellence strategic pillar of Customer Solutions department
- Constantly challenge status quo and bring new opportunities to enhance commercial impact of Customer solutions
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Lead cross functional teams in developing new Customer Solutions
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives and customer solution programs
- Support the development of pricing, contracting, and go-to-market strategies that drive profitability and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Profound understanding of Medical Device industry, experience in a commercial role in SAAS is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or a similar role within the medical device industry
- University degree in business or related fields
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Full professional proficiency: English language
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to succesfully deliver results in matrix structure
- Ability to travel internationally: about 25 % of time
