CLINICAL COACH

We are Europe´s number 1 manufacturer in the field of medical technology based in Slaný, close to Prague. We are looking for a candidate for the position of the Clinical Coach.  

Your responsibilities:

• To participate in building product and clinical e-learning courses for Linet sales force (responsibility for preparation of the clinical content)
• To participate in recording training videos for customers and Linet sales force
• To keep the existing training materials up to date (on-going product changes)
• To conduct and prepare International training sessions in LINET HQ
• To cooperate with other team members to achieve LINET´s Academy objectives
• To participate in Learning management system implementation
• To support marketing HQ department on related marketing activities e.g. photo/video shooting
• To cooperate with sales department to provide regional digital training and clinical support

Your qualifications:

• The most preferred is university degree in nursing or biomedical engineering with previous professional experience
• Organized person with with strong analytical and presentation skills, positive and self-motivated personality driven by achievments
• Interest in digital training methods (webinars, videos, e-learnings)
• To be able to communicate and conduct trainings in English and to be a speaker of Czech
• Team player with strong sense of team spirit
• Advanced user of MS Office tools
• To be able to easily create solutions, to speak to others and share experience
• Willing to travel occasionally
