CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERT DIGITAL SOLUTIONS 

 

At LINET, we are all about designing solutions that help caregivers care for others. 

The Support Expert will manage our global, high-level support for our digital customer solutions portfolio in nursing homes and hospitals. They will communicate regularly with customers, IT departments and local service departments to prepare the device installation, connection and monitor the use of it.   

 

What are the main tasks? 

  • They must be able to quickly identify any issue with the devices with regards to network connection, or any other issue, whether it is remotely or on site if necessary 

  • They know perfectly the product portfolio and must be able to find a solution to most issues encountered  

  • The Support Expert will communicate with R&D team to provide information regarding bugs and improvements to be made 

  • They will be responsible for training the local Support teams in our daughter companies or at our partners and will build and maintain the digital solutions knowledge base 

 

Requirements 

  • Diploma and/or background in computer sciences, with minimum 5years of experience in network configuration and IOT device management. (Wi-Fi coverage, DHCP, Firewall, MQTT)  

  • Network connection commands (ssh, telnet,…)  

  • Wi-Fi network setup  

  • Knowledge of Linux is a plus  

  • Mobile device management system knowhow (MDM)  

  • Ability to read and understand technical logs  

  • Summarize issues to customers and colleagues   

  • Able to understand complex IT environments and networks  

  • Knowledge of nursing home or hospital environment is a plus  

  • Customer oriented personality 

  • English: professional, any other language is a plus
