TERRITORY SALES MANAGER - South West (1) & East (1)
Overall Purpose
Be an ambassador for Linet at all times. To actively sell our range of clinical bed, stretcher, pressure care surfaces and service offerings within the hospital and residential care settings by leveraging your skills and knowledge within sales to deliver on annual and quarterly revenue targets.
You will be energetic, innovative and have high accountability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
You will positively influence, negotiate and close prospective customers to enable them to provide the highest standard of care for their patients and health care professionals.
You will have a proven track record of working collaboratively with your internal stakeholders to create and execute innovative sales strategies that have helped you secure new business opportunities.
Principle Responsibilities
- Developing an effective territory sales strategy to maintain existing business, and demonstrate the skills needed to win with a huge focus on identifying and developing new sales opportunities within our clinical areas for hospital partners.
- Being accountable for delivering annual and quarterly sales target as well as other key performance objectives
- Be accountable and own your business, think innovatively and find solutions to meet the needs/challenges of our customers
- Be relentless in your approach to closing and winning new business.
- Demonstrated ability to map and manage complex and multiple stakeholders to influence decision making
- Show how you manage and close complex capital opportunities by excelling in stakeholder mapping, action planning and business development with specific examples of how you have managed tender, rental and total managed services contracts
- Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff
- Excel at building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector; these include Manual Handling, Tissue Viability, Medical Engineers, Finance, Procurement and other clinical specialists
- Report with accuracy on your sales activities on a regular basis, with proficient use within SalesForce, Power BI and other financial reporting tools.
- Work collaboratively with our internal stakeholders to think innovatively about market access.
- Attending and participating in key professional congresses and events
- Maintaining and acquiring new product, technology, market knowledge.
- Partner with LINET – Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Service, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities on territory.
- Experienced, proven and demonstrable track record of success in sales within the NHS (desired) or in other industries, preferably capital sales
- Be confident in presenting to large groups of key internal and external stakeholders and be proficient in the use of PowerPoint.

- To perform all the previously described responsibilities in a manner consistent with:
- company policies
- company quality manual and objectives
- departmental and business procedures
- any other company policy or quality documents deemed applicable by the Linet UK Senior management team
- To be ready to assist other teams as required in order to ensure Linet UK is promoted to customers or clients and within any SLA agreements/Contractual obligations. Working within required policies, procedures and H&S requirements.
