BACK-OFFICE AFTER-SALES SPECIALIST

 

In this position you will ensure effective and efficient after-sales customer support. You will closelly cooperate with after-sales department. 

 



Responsibilities:

  • Customer support in German/French in all aftersales service matters (telephone and email)
  • Ensuring availability of customer service
  • Preparing offers for service orders
  • First point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Responding to incoming customer service and technical inquiries & questions
  • Receiving spare parts orders
  • Receiving orders for our various services
  • Ensure timely shipping of accessories and spare parts (cooperation with logistics)
  • Order completion on time
  • Order processing of warranty cases with customers and the factory
  • Material orders in the factories
  • Active offering such as (safety control), services and additional sales to customers
  • Material orders for the sample pool/sampling

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and technical flair would be an advantage
  • Experienced handling of ERP and MS Office suite
  • Independent, efficient and structured way of working with sense of detail
  • Service oriented and dynamic personality
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and French; good English knowledge
