Mentoring

The aim of the program is to show students the real corporate environment and what the job includes. The student visits the company and “workshadows” his/her mentor, accompanying them throughout their regular working day, taking part on meetings and negotiations, gaining new experiences and skills, which can be immediately applied in practice.

Thanks to Mentoring, students can be involved in specific projects and become part of a functional team. Linet’s expert mentors primarily work with the Czech Technical University in Prague. The cooperation is based on agreement between the student and mentor. The time schedule and content of the student’s work is always based on the student’s individual preferences. It is not unusual that an active participation in Mentoring often brings an offer for other forms of cooperation.
