We are looking for a professional to join the training team within the marketing department of LINET Group, the leading world supplier of health and nursing care products.

What would be your main tasks?


  • Contribution to design of global training curriculum for sales reps and customers
  • Execution, tracking & reporting of training curriculum for sales reps and customers
  • Evolution of customer induction trainings (analyse current state, design target state)
  • Support ~20 sales channels across the world in a smooth implementation of global initiatives
  • Global implementation of LINET training platforms (promotion, adoption support, reporting)
  • Identifying & implementing new education technologies (VR/AR, Advanced e-learning etc.)
  • Project management of training localisations
  • Planning & organisation of sales skills trainings
  • Preparation & follow-up of Global Clinical Coaches Meetings


What do we expect?

  • Min. 2 years of experience in training or project management in international environment
  • University degree
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • English - full professional proficiency in reading and writing and fluent Czech
  • Team-player personality
  • Experience in B2B sector is a great advantage
  • Experience with LMS systems and education technology is an advantage
