SALES MANAGER – AFTER-SALES SERVICES

 

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be selling after-sales services in the countries where we do not have our own service teams. If you have a technical mind and a sales soul do not hesitate to apply!

 

 

Main duties:

 

  • Supervision of Service field operations/Delivery of services (Repairs, Spare parts, Maintenance, Installation, Training) 
  • Coordination of Selling Service (Service contracts/Maintenance/Spare Parts selling) 
  • Regular audits and evaluation of partners through Partner Development Program 
  • Assistance with tender documentation/requirements (calculation of extended warranty)
  • Distributor support in setting business strategies
  • Supervision of compliance with AS (After-Sales) service and Quality dpt. Rules
  • Cooperation on creation of new Service Products/pricing (product management in AS services
  • Management of Sales of After-Sales Opportunities (working with Salesforce CRM system)

 

 

Our requirements:

 

  • At least 4 years of selling technical products/solutions in B2B
  • Bachelor degree – preferably technical or business focus
  • Customer and result-solving orientation
  • Fluent English and communicative Czech
  • MS Office advandced user and experience with Sales Force
