Job summary:

As a solutions specialist you establish and maintain contact with clients to determine what software or product best suits their needs. As a solutions specialist, you collaborate with the sales team to develop goals and strategies. You utilize sales leads to call potential clients and provide information and answer questions about your company’s software products. You need to be knowledgeable of how the software can help the client become more productive and efficient and respond to client objections. As a Solution specialist you may also troubleshoot technical problems to keep client operations running smoothly.


Job responsibility:


  • Interface between customers, product managers and product development
    • Understanding and gathering of customer needs
    • Translate customer requirements to product requirements
    • Ensure that our products meet customer needs
  • Technical conception (solution design specification) in regional and national Healthcare / customer IT projects
  • Implementation of our products and integration with healthcare IT systems/partners
  • Implementation of product and integration training for customers and partners

Education and experience:

  • Business Degree / Nursing IT background preferred
  • Sound IT understanding
  • Fair background in healthcare IT processes and standards
  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills, self-assured demeanor
  • Solution-driven and customer-oriented work ethics
  • Structured and independent working, analytical thinking skills, resilience, distinctive quality awareness, team spiri


Language skills: 

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers or members of the business or at-large community


Mathematical skills: 

Ability to apply mathematical concepts and operations


Reasoning ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and offer appropriate solutions


Physical demands: 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.  The employee frequently is required to sit and stand.  The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work environment:  

The work environment can be in customer locations or office environment.



This position may require limited travel from time to time (on-site customer visits) approximately 50%.
