We don’t skimp on education and training – investing around 5 million crowns each year, which is over 2.5 per cent of all wage costs.

We are a Czech company, but foreign expansion is crucial. This involves the identification of new markets, mapping business conditions, negotiating with new business partners and customers. Travelling and getting to know new countries and interesting people is thus a normal part of work for many of our employees.
