TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - SYSTEMS and PROCESSES LEAD

The Technical Product Management - Systems and Processes Lead is a rol responsible for overseeing and matrix management of Technical Product Managers. This role involves close collaboration with the Directors of Product Management, R&D, Quality, IT and other product related functions, ensuring the seamless integration and management of product management processes, systems, and master data.

 

What are going to be your duties?

  • To provide process guidance and methodology to Technical Product Managers (TPM), to be their mentor and coach and to lead and manage them in matrix structure
  • To keep the overview of all products (development projects and maintenance), their roadmap in line with the defined product strategy
  • To serve as the first point of escalation for non-standard topics and more complex technical product issues and participate on identification of possible solutions
  • To drive product management role and approach in "Customer Excellence” strategy at LINET Group
  • To act as key user for main Product management IT systems
  • To monitor quality issues to identify and implement process improvements
  • To own and manage the Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) processes and methodologies
  • To ensure regulatory compliance and defend product management processes during audits
  • To ideate and prepare requirements for supporting master data and process management IT systems, facilitate between IT and Product Management
  • To be member of Product Management & Marketing leadership team

 

What we think the right candidate should know, have....

  • University degree is required, preferably in technical/biomedical or similar field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience – product management
  • Experience from medical devices market (MDD, MDR, FDA)
  • Experience with working in multistakeholder environment
  • Experience with people management is an advantage
  • Experience with Product lifecycle management tools is an advantage
  • Fluent Czech and English
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP experience is an advantage
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Systematic and analytical thinking, problem solving capabilities
  • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
