What can I get  within the scholarship?

• Motivational contribution, which is tied to the working practice performed in Linet spol. s r. o. and to the actual year of your studies. So you can get up to CZK 500 / month extra to your reward for practice (valid for the 3rd years)
• Reward for the school report, belongs to students who‘ve received honors for the school report in both semesters - in the 3rd year it can be up to CZK 8,000
• Contribution for school supplies - CZK 1,000 / school year.
• Preferential selection of summer jobs.
• Language courses and other courses within the company
• Linet benefit program, which is also available for students in the scholarship program.
• Reward for employment, already mentioned reward of CZK 50 000 is divided and paid in 3 payments.

When can I sign up for the program?

• You can apply for the program at the earliest at the end of the 1st year, but no later than at the beginning of the 3rd year.

How to sign up for the program?

• In case you‘re not working with us yet, firstly, you need to  aplly for the working practice.
• You can apply through the professional advisor of your school or directly at barbora.prajzlerova@linet.cz
• In case you’re  already working with us, let us know at the mentioned email and we‘lll agree on next steps.

Which criteria do I have to meet in order to get into the scholarship program?

• study a supported technical field (locksmith, engineering work, engineering, mechanical mechanic, toolmaker, mechanic of machines and equipment, metalworker, electrical engineer, electromechanic, electrician, storage operator, logistics and financial services)
• If you haven‘t found your field, contact us, we will agree individually.
• Go through the entrance interview, which will be led by an HR specialist. It‘s good to prepare a copy of the last school report for the entrance interview.
• We will talk about your interest and motivation in the chosen field, as well as your achievement at school. And we will definitely be interested in where you would like to get in Linet, what you would like to achieve.
• At the end of the previous school year, you shouldn’t have the rating from vocational training lower than 2 (commendable)
• You can’t have grade 5 (insufficient) or unclassified from any subject at the end of the previous school year!
• In the previous school year, you can‘t have any disciplinary offenses (i.e. especially conditional exclusion, reprimand of the school principal, reduced level of evaluation of behavior, etc.)
• In the previous school year, you can‘t have more than 160 hours of excused absences or unexcused absences!
• In the previous school year, you duly fulfilled your study obligations within the framework of theoretical and practical teaching, as follows from the requirements for your field of study
• Sign the scholarship agreement with the employer

What happens if you do not meet the criteria?

• We assess the criteria fulfillment every year. In case you do not meet them, we will withdraw from the contract and we will require the refund of paid financial contributions. In caseyou do not complete your studies or change your field of study, let us know. We will decide individually,how to approach this.

What happens if you do not start working with us after graduation?

• In case the employment contract won’t be signed after your graduation, you’ll be required to refund all paid financial contributions.
